" It has been a path to help me gain knowledge to apply to every day challenges. It has also set procedures to execute daily operations backed by Standards of Care that are defined. There are so many that still do not follow the standards that we have to educate adjusters, agents, contractor & homeowners on a daily basis. But to be able to reference our standards and place our educational value in front of those mentioned along with experience it goes along way to separate us from the ones who short cut the process."
