FAQs

AIM is the Annual Instructors Meeting. This meeting replaces the Fall Certification Council Meeting.

The AIM meeting will be held in conference room Florentine A inside the Tuscany Suites & Casino located at 255 E Flamingo Rd., Las Vegas, NV.

Yes, all instructors are required to attend AIM. This meeting replaces the Fall Certification Council Meeting.

Registration opens at 6:3oam and the meeting will be held from 8:00am until 5:00pm on Saturday, September 28, 2019.

No Reimbursements will be provided.

7 CEC hours are offered to Instructors.

5 points are awarded to Instructors for attending.

At this time, AIM is reserved for Instructors only.

Yes! Breakfast will be provided Saturday, September 28 from 6:30am – 8:00am. Lunchtimes will be announced at the meeting.

You may pick up your badge in the lobby/hallway area in front of Florentine A. Registration opens at 6:30am.

Hotel reservation will be reserved upon registration by using the AIM registration HERE. On the AIM registration page, please indicate your arrival and departure dates which will determine the number of nights to be accommodated. Please note, the IICRC will only cover two nights stay on Friday, September 27, 2019 and Saturday, September 28, 2019. Any night(s) stay outside those indicated above will be at the Instructor’s expense.

IICRC is not providing transportation to and from McCarran International Airport. Please enlist rideshare services such as Lyft and/or Uber as well as taxi services for transportation to and from the airport.

IICRC does not offer check bag service at the AIM meeting, however, the Tuscany Suites & Casino Desk will be available at your own expense.

Business casual attire is recommended. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a sweater or jacket as session rooms tend to run on the cooler side.

September can still be quite warm in Las Vegas with temperatures nearing 100 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and evenings/night ranging from 60 – 70 degrees.

For lost or stolen items at the Tuscany Suites & Casino, please find the closest house phone and request to speak to the security· department. IICRC staff turns in all lost items at the end of each conference day.
