Hard Surface Inspection

IICRC-certified inspectors are qualified through a series of courses on products, performance and specifications, along with the problems that may be related to manufacturing, installation, maintenance, environmental or just inherent product characteristics.

An IICRC-certified inspector is an objective third party and trained professional who is hired to investigate and determine what has caused a floor to fail and render an opinion without bias. It is the inspector’s role to gather the facts surrounding the claim and determine the specific cause of the problem in each case. Inspectors’ experience, combined with completing highly specialized training courses, qualifies them to provide expert analysis and opinions on many flooring materials-related issues.
