In an effort to keep IICRC Certified Firms updated about IICRC Marketing activities, the IICRC Marketing/Public Relations Committee and the IICRC Certified Firm Committee informed IICRC Certified Firms via e-mail about a recent interview Jeff Bishop, IICRC Technical Advisor, did with Dave Foster of FloorRadio. The interview focused on the industry's "hot topic," mold. IICRC Certified Firms were promoted in the interview as part of the solution in initially preventing this problem with good carpet maintenance, restoring the home with proper water damage restoration and/or remediating it after mold growth has been discovered.
