Q. When were you first elected to the Board of Directors?

     A. I was first elected Fall 2006.

Q. What position(s) do you hold on the Board?

     A. I am a Director.

Q. What is your shareholder affiliation?

     A. My shareholder affiliation is Director At Large.

Q. What committees with IICRC do you chair or participate?

     A. I am the Cleaning Division Chair and involved with the I&S (Instructors and Schools), UFT (Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technician), and CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician) committees.

Q. What are your IICRC Certifications?

     A. My IICRC Certifications include: Master Textile Cleaner, FSRT (Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician), WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), and many, many others.

Q. What is your "day job" and how long have you been doing it?

     A. I have been a professional instructor for 26 years.

Q. What are your hobbies/interests outside the industry that you would like to share?

     A. I enjoy camping and singing country music.

Q. Please tell us about any awards or professional recognition received during your experience in the cleaning, restoration and inspection industry.

     A. I earned an achievement for work with the IAP (Instructors Advisory Panel).

Q. What do you personally wish to contribute to the IICRC during your term?

     A. I wish to contribute by giving the input and perspective of my professional cleaning and restoration experience (and experience as an instructor) with the goal of earning the IICRC further successes in the future.

Q. What areas of expertise do you have that would be beneficial to the IlCRC?

     A. I have attended many courses on the subjects of public speaking, conflict management, team-building, goal-setting, sales, marketing and ethics.
