A. I’m involved with the S100 Standards Committee and the R800 Technical Reference Guide Committee.

A. I am an IICRC Certified Inspector and Master Technician.
Q. What is your "day job" and how long have you been doing it?
A. I have been the Shaw Technical Services Product Care Specialist since 1990.
Q. What are your hobbies/interests outside the industry that you would like to share?
A. My interests include: photography, riding motorcycles, and fishing.

A. I was included in Cleanfax Persons of the Year Awards.

A. I wish to interact with the cleaning and carpet manufacturing industries.
