Exam Monitors

Exam monitors are used specifically for testing or retesting.  When a student fails an exam or does not take an exam at the end of a course for whatever reason, he/she is directed to find an exam monitor in his/her area.

For students who were unable to take the exam immediately following the course, the exam must be taken within 90 days from the end of the course. For those students who failed an exam, the exam must be taken within 90 days of the date listed on the test results. Only two retests are allowed. If a passing score is not received after the two additional attempts, re-attendance at a course is required.

Please use the list below to find an exam monitor in your area. If there is not an exam monitor in your area, please contact the IICRC headquarters for details on how to take the exam at your local library.
