Attention Probationary Inspector:
You may experience problems with the document as Word, by default, does not spell check protected documents that allow you to fill in fields. A macro has been created that will spell check the document once you TAB off the last field of the document which is the e-mail field on the second page. Some users may see a macro warning in the document; if you experience this, choose “Enable this content” or “Allow macros….”, depending on your version of Word.
