Certified Firm-only Webinar Series A Look Ahead

As a benefit for Certified Firms, the IICRC produces a monthly webinar series featuring tips from industry experts on how you can better market your business to consumers and generate new sales leads.

Featuring topics ranging from search engine optimization (SEO) to tips on growing your restoration firms to marketing during the slow months, the webinars are complementary for all Certified Firms and are offered the first Thursday of each month from 3 – 4 p.m. EDT (8 - 9 p.m. BST for firms in the Institute’s European region and 5 - 6 a.m. AEST the following day for firms in the Institute’s Asia Pacific region). Archived versions of the presentations are posted to the Certified Firm section of the IICRC website for those who are unable to attend live.

The next IICRC webinar will be offered on Thursday, May 4, and will focus on the niche market of cleaning structures for chemically sensitized individuals. Presented by Michael Pinto, the session will cover the fundamental approaches to such specialized cleaning, including specific techniques for source removal, neutralization, accelerated off-gassing and oxidation.

Other upcoming webinars include a presentation on the art of networking; marketing to insurance adjusters; tips to get paid faster on insurance restoration jobs; what to do if no one asks you if you’re certified and how to promote the value of your Certified Firm status; how to use InCircles restoration software to improve your bottom line; and thinking outside the box with technology transfers.

Stay tuned to the Certified Firm Webinar Series page for an updated calendar of presentations, webinar descriptions, dates and registration information.
