Bring Your Company To The Next Level With A Social Media Plan

By Robert Reed

Social media is a word that we hear every day. Whether it’s checking up on your cousin’s new baby on Facebook or checking out the new products from your favorite company on Twitter – it’s all around us.

Social media has become such an important part of our society; there is a platform for any type of business and message that you’re trying to promote. It’s all about knowing the right way to reach your audience.

Not just anyone can run your businesses social media account. It’s not as simple as posting a few tweets or posts mindlessly. It’s about using the correct social media outlet to effectively carry out a detailed marketing plan that conveys your message and values. This can sound like a lot, but it’s simply representing yourself in a way that keeps your current customers interested, and attracting new ones as well.

Social media has also become a new way for businesses to perform damage control quickly and efficiently. I can’t count the number of times I’ve seen people complain about an experience or brand on twitter, and how quickly the social media team is able to diffuse the situation and fix it, creating a happy client. Our society functions on time and how quickly they can get things done to move on to the next task on their to-do list. Social media allows you to be able to address your customers’ questions and concerns in a quick and timely manner that helps you and also keeps them happy.

Social media is important because whether you want to get on board or not, it’s the biggest way to reach your customers. Choosing the right company and the right strategy will not only produce results, but also happy customers, more money in your pocket and a brand that is well-known and loved.

In 2009 in the middle of the biggest financial crisis, Robert Reed created a company that was focused on small businesses growing their social media presence and getting their business exposed (in the best possible way!). Fast forward to today, his world consists of building relationships, developing partnerships, inspiring business owners with real life tactics through teaching and training, while gaining trust in local and national communities.
